Please read these terms carefully before using the NCL Private Healthcare website or purchasing any product or service. By using this site, you agree to these terms.

1. About us

2. Use of this website

• You must be 18 years of age or over to use this website and purchase products or services.
• You agree to use the site for lawful purposes only.
• You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems.
• We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the site without notice.

3. Product purchases

When you place an order on this website, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s). A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order before despatch — for example, if a product is out of stock, if we identify a pricing error, or where a product requires a clinical assessment that has not been completed.

Prices are stated in the currency displayed and inclusive of applicable VAT. Currency conversions shown are indicative only; your card issuer’s exchange rate applies.

4. Prescription products

Certain products on this site are prescription-only medicines (POM). These may only be purchased after a clinical assessment has been carried out and a prescription issued by a GMC-registered clinician. We do not supply POMs without a valid prescription, and we do not advertise prescription-only medicines to the general public, in compliance with MHRA guidance.

5. Clinical services

Consultations, procedures and treatments provided at our clinic are subject to separate clinical terms and consent processes. A signed consent form is required before any clinical procedure. See also our Treatment and Medical Disclaimer.

6. Subscriptions

Subscription plans auto-renew at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time via your account. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refund is given for unused days in a current period, except where required by law.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of NCL Private Healthcare or its licensors and is protected by UK copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from use of this website or reliance on content published here. Our total liability for any claim arising from a product purchase shall not exceed the price you paid for that product. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
